My sanity-preservation method was to per-determine how long I would fish for. I'd grab usually 3 waterwalking elixers and fish south of un'upe for as long as they lasted, or I'd fish up enough fish for one stack of fish feasts. That'd be it for a day's fishing. One or the other. 30 min at the icebergs or one stack of feasts.

Last night I spent time fishing the pools for Glassfin Minnows to create water walking elixirs.
I now have a stack of them to run around the glaciers with.
