It could actually provide some measure of 'druidness' back. having forms that are marginally functional, and provide some benefit aside from the merely cosmetic, would be nice.

Um, so there are many of us who do not know what said talent trees mean. One would have to actually describe the awesomeness of it.

It means we can now dip into top tier talents that greatly improv the usability of our forms, in this case, heightened attack power for our forms, as well as the ever-so-lovely movement bonus while in cat form, and big buckets of stamina in bear form. It also reduces resource usage while in those forms (I think, haven't reviewed at it in a couple days).

In short, it would mean that if I, as a hooter, went into cat form or bear form, it wouldn't be a totally useless waste of mana. I might even be able to emergency offtank in bear or DPS something in cat form as a "OhSh1t" button, as opposed to now, where I'm just furrier and less able to do anything.
