I've been following this for the past couple of days. The article passes over the matter lightly (but pretty cleanly), and it does provide links that fill you in on it a lot more if you're curious. http://www.itworld.com/business/236549/ ... controller Long story short: A worst case scenario for bad customer service to a gamer inquiring about two Avenger Controllers he ordered. The offender (from the company representing PR for the product, not the product's manufacturers themselves) messed with the bull, but by the looks of it, to say he 'got the horns' would be a vast understatement. Google 'avenger controller' under News and you'll see what I mean. This article is one of..like, 30(?) that have appeared on the subject. |

Yeah, I read about it last night. It's too bad that the controller maker is getting backlash off of a douche PR guy/company, since I guess the controller is designed for people with disabilities? Anyways, the PR guy posted an apology that wasn't an actual apology and isn't representing that controller maker anymore. I heard the actual PR company collapsed as well. |
