If it weren't for the fact that I work at 6am now (that's 4am your time) I woulda totally come with you when you logged on and asked. :( And yeah, bright shiny new has a much lower percentage of goodness with the PuGs.

If I'm on and it's not to late I'm definatly down for a group. Probably Thursday works best for me since I don't work fridays so I can stay up later. Havn't been in either one yet so kind of curious.

If I was in the same time zone as you, I'd be up for it. But I can't stay up too late cause of work in the morning. I've tried it and really suffered on some days. But weekends are best for me or Friday nights. I'm gonna do a bunch of ZA and ZG (ZA some more hopefully, cause that's where all my upgrades can and will come from.)

Have created a guild event.

SIgn up if you want, or not. We'll deal with it there.

I will try to see if I can sign up and see if Darbles can come along too. I feel pretty confident in tanking either one too.

I am easily up later than most, except for maybe our Aussie rulik. And the shiney purples of za and zg call to me, specially since I don't make all the raids.

Tldr; pick me!

note to self: I am not a good tank

next week: we find a better tank before we dive in. even if it means waiting forever in LFG. bah.

You weren't doing that bad. It's a learning thing for everyone. I would call it just a string of bad luck.

I wish I could come with you guys, feel like I'm missing out on the old troll city smashing, alas, real life wno't allow me to stay up that late. If I do happen to be up though and able to stay up for a condiderable amount of time, would love to come.

It's been a hit or miss thing for me when I've tried. Sometimes it's easy and relatively painless (at least, when people have been skipping bosses in ZG, which has both its pros and cons), whether I'm healing or dpsing. Other times, well...not so great.

I would add to that. So can the jerks/idiots I've had to deal with trying to clear those places. -.-

Meh....

I've pretty much given up on doing heroics at this point. There's never enough for a guild group on when I'm able to be on, and dealing with LFG as a dps, with the time I have available to me, just isn't worth it at this point. The system is just completely out of whack, and it's not even really Blizzard's fault. The funniest part? Plains is geared to tank now, all I need are trinks and an idol. But the idea of setting foot, by myself, in those heroics as a tank, I just can't bring myself to willingly enter that toxicity where I would be the entire focus of the antagonism and irritability. I don't know how you longtime tanks do it, but I really salute you for your intestinal fortitude.

(The chances the group will dissolve and the instance won't even be completed stands at well over half for me over the last few weeks.... YMMV, but that's my current experience. Not good when I only have a very limited timeframe, and consistently looking at a 30 to 45 minute Queue time...bleh... )

And doing it as a scheduled on tuesday nights just isn't happening, too much real life to add another night to my lineup. Not really complaining there, as that not happening is entirely on me, but yeah, it's a bummer.

I miss Wrath faceroll heroics, at least then, they happened.

Well, Plainsy, funny you should say this today. Seems we only have 5 people signed up to raid. So that means no raid tonight. INSTEAD! We will be smashing Zsomethings and heroics until our eyes bleed! Those that signed up. :)
