So how many of us will be picking up a copy of this game (midnight release or tomorrow) and will disappear from WoW for a bit? I'm definitely picking it up. Just not sure if I'll be disappearing at all or not. *shrugs*

We picked ours up at the midnight release. The manager said the crowd was larger than his midnight crowd for Modern Warfare earlier that week.

There was a guy there about 25 (I would guess), 6'4", wearing a tam o'shanter. He had a card that said "Skyrim" at the top with a rectangle cut out of the middle through which he was taking pictures of the line with his cellphone. He stopped next to us, took a picture toward the front of the line, and then saw us leaning against the building.

"You play games?" he asked.

"Yes we do," I replied.

"Alright!" he exclaimed, giving me a high-five. He continued, "Man, it's awesome to see old people who... I mean, um..."

"You mean 'More mature.'" I hope he could see I was grinning at him.

"Yeah, that's it."

He prattled on for a bit, and then asked, "And you both play?"

"Yep, both of us."

"Man, that's awesome," he said turning to walk toward the back of the line. "I need to find me a girl like that."
