So I find it interesting watching those vids you linked and seeing that some of the big things and little things he likes about GW2 are some of the things WoW actually had in Vanilla WoW that got stripped away as time progressed to adjust to the greater population and newer level caps. Mixed in with a few new things, of course, that grab his attention.

Also, Asura just got bumped up alongside Charr as a playable character because I suddenly had this idea for a guild comprised of an alliance between a group of Asura and Charr, brain and brawn working together to assert their place in the world. Two guild leaders, one that heads the Asura Krewe and one the heads the Charr Legion, united in assuring that their two sides of the alliance work together to accomplish the goals of the whole, whatever they may be.

Two races who both believe that one day in the near future they'll be supreme rulers of the world. One short, brilliant, and condescending. The other big, strong, and short tempered. Both incredibly industrious but with different philosophies. And both don't care much for other races.
I love it.

Yes, both with a certain amount of traits with which they can find common ground, but definately have their bias. But they see the value of joining forces. For now! It would prove to be a beneficial union not without tension, hehe.

Hey. I opted in for the week free trial for the new patch to see if I wanted to maybe fire up WoW again.
Regardless of my decision, I'll be around till Wens.

Heh, it's going to be really quiet, just to let you know. What with me and Gohir on break and SWTOR having come out.
